GAP Real Estate Fee:

Only if GAP Real Estate successfully sells your home to one of our clients will we charge a fee at closing. This fee is equivalent to the standard 6% of the agreed-upon transaction price, significantly lower than the up to 10% charged by some other firms in Costa Rica. The seller is legally responsible for the full real estate fee unless a cost-sharing agreement is negotiated with the buyer.
